• Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50, with delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment

6. Returns and Exchanges

6.1 Return Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges for items in their original condition within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

6.2 Return Process

2. We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions
3. Package items securely in their original condition with all tags attached, including a copy of your order confirmation

5. We process returns within 3-5 business days of receipt and notify you via email

6.3 Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6.4 Refunds

Upon approval of your return, refunds will be processed as follows:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to original payment method
• PayPal: 3-5 business days to PayPal account

The refund amount will reflect the original purchase price of the returned items.
