Returns & Exchanges Policy
Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges for items in their original condition within 15 days of delivery. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Socks (for hygiene reasons)
- Items without original tags or labels
- Products showing signs of wear or that have been washed
- Personalized or custom-made items
Return & Exchange Process
- Submit Your Request: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
- Package Your Items: Securely package the items in their original condition with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

Exchange Process
