Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges for items in their original condition within 15 days of delivery. Please ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the hygiene and quality of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Socks (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items without original tags or labels
  • Products that show signs of wear or have been washed
  • Personalized or custom-made items

Return & Exchange Process

Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:

  1. Submit Your Request: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely package the items in their original condition with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center at:

    Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
  5. Processing: Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days and notify you via email.

Refund Information

Upon approval of your return, refunds will be processed to your original payment method:

Exchange Process

For exchanges, follow the same return process outlined above. In your initial email, clearly state the item you wish to exchange and your preferred size or color alternative. We’ll process your exchange once we receive the returned item, subject to availability.

Note: If the item you’re requesting for exchange is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method instead.
